Security Label features

The coating

This is the foundation on which our layers of additional security features are added.

· Smoother paper, with proscribed absorbency, improving the look, feel and stability.

· Own professional coatings.

· Customers can add extra levels of protection, such as security inks and holograms.

Frangibility

· The paper or film breaks as soon as removal is attempted.

Tamper apparent security film

· If the film layer is removed, an image is exposed on the secured item.

Taggants

· Pigments, which take up light and radiate in the visible wavelength.

· Infra red, with a unique combination of wavelengths.

· UV luminous, available in yellow, green, red or orange.

· UV phosphorescent, with a UV pigment that maintains to glow after the light is extinguished.

Sparkling coating

· A coating improve the performance of optically variable printing inks.

· Adhesives

· Permanent, high path adhesive, in combination with frangible substances, ensures tamper evidence.

Chemical sensitization

· Paper changes color if alterations are endeavored - sensitive to acids, alkalis, bleaches, solvents and alcohols.

Covert imprinted images

· Encrypted, micro-embossed image, demonstrated with a decoding lens.

Covert UV image

· UV readable, this image is printed in-between two layers of coating. Modified designs can be easily incorporated.


Coloured Centre Paper


· Scratching the paper exposes a colour

· Different to that of the base paper, available in a collection of substances and colours.
