Dispensa-Matic U-60 Label Dispenser comes under the category of Semi-automatic label dispenser. It is a type of single roll tape dispenser.But it is possible to display multiple rows. The U-60 motor is a shaded pole AC motor with 12 volts.The width and its label sizes differ from each models. Some products with U-60 labels are Label boxes, envelopes, brochures, bottles, bags and so on. The method is easy for just pick the label,apply to the product and then repeat the process. For manufacturing products, very few of them are from outside sources. Dispensing Tables are formed by aircraft grade Aauminum. The peel edge is hand crushed to spec within .001" using a special cutting tool to get the perfect peeling edge required to dispense labels without tearing the backing paper. Dispensing tables are polished with ultra-fine polishing compound so paper moves freely around the plate.
